WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?
We want you to have your new product as soon as possible! All our products are handmade and made to your order, so production time takes 7-10 days, in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery takes between 1-3 business days depending on your location. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

IF I DIDN'T PICK UP THE PARCEL?
If you hadn't picked up the parcel in time, it returned to us and you refuses to pay for the repeated delivery or wants to cancel the order, we refund 50% of the item's cost.
