Thigh cuffs Nellie have a suede base and overlapping soft leather strap. They have functional D-rings in the front, back and sides. You can attach chains to them. Regulate the size with the help of buckles on the inner thigh.

Wide strap - 6 cm
Outer side - leather, thickness of 1.1-1.3 mm., sewn into 2 layers
