Order Cancellation
You may cancel any* order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund or in exchange for a full-cost voucher for your future purchases.
*EXCEPT Anoeses Education e-guides and gift certificates.
If more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed, the following conditions apply:

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Customised items cannot be cancelled.

We can issue either a 90% refund to your original payment method (due to the service fee) or a voucher worth 100% of your purchase amount, which can be used toward future orders.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges & Returns
We accept exchanges and returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn and returned in their original condition — with all tags, packaging, and original properties intact.
For hygiene reasons, bras and bodysuits may only be tried on over your own clothing. Should inspection reveal that this hasn't been observed, we will be unable to accept the return or exchange.
Owing to the nature of these products, and in accordance with the applicable laws, the following eligible items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- nipple covers;
- stockings;
- candles, perfumery, cosmetics, and latex care products;
- gloves;
- panties;
- socks.
The following items also cannot be returned or exchanged:
- customized orders;
- games;
- Anoeses Education digital products;
- gift cards.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Before sending an item back, please contact our Customer Care team at my@anoeses.com.

Items must be returned in their original and/or secure packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender — the exception being an incorrect or defective item, in which case we reimburse this cost with a deposit voucher.

Once your item is received and inspected for damage or signs of use, we will arrange one of the following: an exchange, produced according to the current timeline; a 90% refund to your original payment method (due to the 10% service fee) or a 100% voucher toward future purchases at Anoeses.
