Return and exchange is possible if:
- All the tags and seals are intact, and items' properties are not affected
- You tried the items on top of your underwear.
Return and exchange is impossible for:
- panties (for hygiene reasons)
- custom orders with personalized engraving, size, and design.
To return or exchange items, please contact our customer support team within 14 days after receiving an order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
! Please note that the items should be sent to us in the original packaging and the shipping expenses are covered by the sender.
After we receive the items and check for the possible damage and use, we will refund the cost or make an exchange within 10 business days.
