We ship everywhere around the world and we offer express shipping by DHL Express for all orders. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
RUSSIA - DHL currently only accept shipments addressed to Businesses.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Our shipping is handled through DHL Express. It costs $35 and FREE shipping option is available for all customers whose fulfilled order value is above $400.
Also we have a standard delivery - Ukrposhta. This delivery is free and is available only to customers whose orders do not exceed $150
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
Yes, the customer will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes. Please note that we have no condivol over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.
WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?
We want you to have your new product as soon as possible! All our products are handmade and made to your order, so production time takes 7-10 business days, in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery company by DHL Express takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location. Standard delivery by Ukrposhta takes 1-4 weeks depending on your location. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”
IF I DIDN'T PICK UP THE PARCEL?
If you hadn't picked up the parcel in time, it returned to us and you refuses to pay for the repeated delivery or wants to cancel the order, we refund 50% of the item's cost.
