All our products are handmade and made to your order, so production time takes 7-10 days, in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
A customer needs to inform us about cancellation within one day after an order is made! All our products are handmade specifically for the customer’s order and we put the effort in order for a customer to receive it as soon as possible. Once we’ve started working on the item which was ordered, we won’t be able to cancel it. If a cancellation will be requested by a customer within 1 day, a customer will be refunded 5% less, because of the bank commission.

All of our products are crafted in Kyiv, Ukraine. Our craftsmen have over 10 years of experience in the leather industry.
Each order is packed in our black brand box. An item is wrapped with a black paper with a postcard on the top. While placing an order you can choose an option to leave a personal message for the receiver on the card.
We ship everywhere around the world and we offer express shipping by DHL Express for all orders. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. RUSSIA / CHINA - DHL currently only accept shipments addressed to Businesses.

Our shipping is handled through DHL Express. It costs $25 and FREE shipping option is available for all customers whose fulfilled order value is above $250.
Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.
Yes, the customer will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes. Please note that we have no condivol over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.
- If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel in time and it was sent back to us, a customer will have to pay additionally for the second shipping, after which we will send it again. - If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel in time and it was sent back to us, but a customer doesn’t want to pay for the second shipment, we give a refund of 50% from an order.
Returns & Exchange
is possible if: - a chosen size doesn’t fit
A customer will have to inform us about the above-mentioned issues within 7 days after receiving a parcel and send it back to us. Once we have it received, the same item of another size will be sent to a customer.

is possible if: - a customer received a correct item, but don’t need it anymore - the leather and/or hardware is more or less shiny than it’s shown on the photo - an item fits or looks different from the photo (because of the individual body specifities) - an ordered size doesn’t fit and a customer doesn’t want to exchange it for another one - a customer didn’t like the item to the touch - a customer didn’t like the thickness of the item - a customer was ignorant about the materials we use (leather/suede/hardware/accessories) A customer will have to inform us about the above-mentioned issues within 7 days after receiving a parcel. A customer will need to send an item back and once we’ll have it received and check that there are no damages, then we will approve a refund
